At Faye Thangka, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
30-day returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Have all tags and accessories included
Items that are not eligible:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Digital products or downloadable content
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm receipt and to approve or reject the refund.
If approved:
- The refund goes back to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear
- Original shipping on the order was free, so there is no outbound shipping charge to return
- If the return is not our error, the cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund
How to return an item
Email yooblesstangka@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if it is damaged or defective
We then send return instructions and, when we provide one, a return shipping label. Items sent back without a request first are not accepted.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email yooblesstangka@gmail.com with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no extra cost, issue a full refund including any shipping you paid, or offer store credit for the full amount. We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We replace items when they are defective or damaged. To exchange for a different size or product, return the original item and place a new order.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping unless the return is our error (damaged, defective, or the wrong item). Outbound shipping on the original order is free.
